Know Before Booking
Masks are required while in common interior spaces. Due to New Orleans City Mandate, Sully Mansion requires proof of vaccination or negative PCR COVID test result within 72 hours of your visit for indoor access. If you do not meet these criteria, you can still stay with us in our rooms with exterior access (i.e., the Tchoupitoulas and Dauphine), but you will not be able to enter the common indoor spaces.
Electronic surveillance equipment has been installed on Sully Mansion’s premises and all activities in common areas are subject to being recorded by video.
Sully Mansion Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests.
Per local regulations, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. During this time, you are welcome to use our outdoor spaces; however, playing music is not allowed and conversations must be kept at a minimum. Additional fees of up to $250 may apply if guests deliberately do not adhere to our quiet hours policy.
Rates are based on double occupancy, an additional $25 ($50 for special events*) per person per night is added to the base rate. Not all rooms can accommodate more than 2 persons, please check with us before booking. An additional fee of $20/person per applicable night will be added to your bill for any visitors accessing the property during your stay.
In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel part of your reservation, notice of 7 days or greater is required to receive a full refund (cancellation times for special events* may vary, please inquire prior to booking). If changes or cancellations are received fewer than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, guests will be responsible for 50% of the amount of the reservation as originally booked. If cancellations are received within 24 hours of arrival, guests will be responsible for the full amount. You can apply the funds towards a future stay within one year.
All reservations will be paid in full (100% deposit) at the time of booking.
Check-in is between 2 and 5 pm. Check-ins after 5 pm may have to be self-check-ins. We would like the opportunity to greet you personally when you arrive and help you get settled in. Please let us know when you book your reservation what time to expect you so we can make arrangements to be available. A credit card is required to be put on file at check-in if a deposit was made with a different payment method.
Checkout is at 11:00 am. Late checkouts without prior approval may result in additional fees.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. In the event an outdoor area is being shared with other non-smoking guests, we will kindly help you find an alternative outdoor area to smoke within the property.
Not every room can accommodate children. Please check with us prior to booking if you are traveling with children under 12 years of age.
Pets are not allowed. Please let us know if you need help with local pet boarding options.
Base rate provided in the quote includes continental breakfast, which consists of fresh local pastry/croissant or equivalent, fresh orange juice, and coffee/tea. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am. If you need special accommodations for breakfast, please contact us prior to your arrival.
No Open Flames
Please absolutely no open flames anywhere inside your room or shared spaces including the front porch.
