HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is performed daily between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed on your door. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. A fee of up to $500 will be charged to the card on file if these materials are brought onto the premises (both indoors and outdoors).
QUIET HOURS
Our quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During this time, we ask that you make a reasonable effort to use a quiet voice and soft steps when inside the mansion and your room. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces; however, playing music is not allowed, and conversations must be kept to a minimum. By signing these policies, you agree to be charged a $250 fee if you deliberately do not adhere to our quiet hours policy.
OCCUPANCY RATES & ACCESS TO PREMISES
You must indicate the number of guests in your reservation. For reservations with more than 2 guests, including children, additional fees of $25-75 (depending on date) per person per night apply and will be charged to the credit card on file if not indicated at the time of booking. Not every room can accommodate more than 2 persons. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than we can accommodate at any time, which will result in forfeiting the entire booking funds. We do not allow blow-up mattresses, tents, coolers, or any other camping gear on our property. Visitors without a reservation are not allowed without prior approval, which includes an additional fee of $35/person per applicable night.
CONDUCT
The Sully reserves the right to refuse services and/or accommodations to persons who do not act in accordance with these policies. The Sully will remove a person who acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy Inn property, causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance, or shows harassing behavior towards other guests, staff members or owners while on the premises of the Inn. Being in possession of weapons and/or illegal drugs is prohibited.

​Please conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous way towards other guests, staff members and owners. Do not leave your personal belongings in common areas. Wear shoes and appropriate clothing when leaving your room, and respect the signage throughout the property.
CHILDREN
Children younger than 8 years are not allowed. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, and require prior approval. Children count as an additional guest and must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.Â
WEDDINGS & PRIVATE EVENTS
Weddings and private events require a contract and additional payment. At Sully Mansion we define an "event" as a private gathering anywhere on the property that has external service providers or external guests entering the Sully. Please check with us prior to reserving one or all rooms if you are doing so for a private event. Reserving all rooms does not guarantee exclusive use of all event spaces at the Sully. We reserve the right to cancel reservations made for private events without prior approval, in which case the entire booking funds for the event and any associated overnight room bookings will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS
At Sully Mansion, we believe every stay should feel thoughtful, personal, and unhurried. With just nine guest rooms, every reservation is prepared with care and held exclusively for your arrival. Our reservation policies allow us to provide that level of hospitality while ensuring fairness to all guests.

All reservation changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@sullymansion.com.

30 days or more before arrival:
Fifty percent (50%) of the reservation total will be issued as a Sully Mansion Gift Card, valid for one year from the original arrival date. -
Within 30 days of arrival:
Reservations are non-refundable.
If we are able to rebook your room for the same dates, we may, at our sole discretion, issue an additional gift card. While we are always happy to consider individual circumstances, this cannot be guaranteed.
Sully Mansion Gift Cards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be redeemed toward a future stay, subject to availability.
Peak Event Dates
Because demand is exceptionally high during certain periods, reservations for the following dates are final and non-refundable at the time of booking:

If you are uncertain whether your reservation falls within one of these Peak Event Periods, we are always happy to assist prior to booking.

No-Shows & Early Departures
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date, or who depart before their scheduled departure date remain responsible for the full reservation amount.

Private Events & Buyouts
Private events, weddings, full-property buyouts, and any associated guest accommodations are governed by the cancellation and payment terms outlined in the applicable event agreement.

Travel Insurance
Because life and travel plans can change unexpectedly, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Reservation Agreement
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Reservation & Cancellation Policies.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is between 2:00 and 5:00 pm. Check-ins after 5:00 pm are self-check-ins. You will receive a welcome email on the morning of arrival with self-check-in instructions and all the codes you will need to access the mansion and your room. We do not have bell service staff and are unable to assist with carrying your luggage. We are also generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or luggage storage. If you plan on arriving before 2:00 pm, please consider booking your room for the night before.
CHECKOUT
Checkout is at 11:00 am. Late checkouts without prior approval will result in a $25/hr fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.
PETS
Pets, except service dogs, are not permitted. Please let us know if you need help with local pet boarding options.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and consists of fresh local pastry/croissant or equivalent, cereals, yogurt, fresh orange juice, and coffee/tea. If you need special accommodations for breakfast, please contact us prior to your arrival.
SMOKING & NO OPEN FLAMES
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside Sully Mansion and its rooms or on the front porch. Please do not throw your cigarette butts anywhere on the property. A fee of up to $500 will be charged to the credit card on file for not adhering to our non-smoking policy.

Open flames are prohibited anywhere inside your room or shared spaces, including the front porch.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Electronic surveillance equipment has been installed on Sully Mansion’s premises and all activities in common areas are subject to being recorded by video.
